Royal Mail 1st Class Mail
Orders under £30 are dispatched using 1st Class Mail. This service aims to deliver items the next working day (and does so 93% of the time). This Service is applicable to the whole of the UK
However it is not guaranteed to deliver the next working day - so neither can we.
For Guaranteed Delivery on items under £30 you can upgrade to our courier service for £3.95.
Please choose the window you would like delivery in for this, Or Immediate Dispatch. Immediate Dispatches will be dispatched in 1 Working Day after Order is placed
Next Day Guaranteed Courier
Orders over £30 are dispatched by Courier and will be delivered on the date you choose. If you leave a mobile when ordering we can text you the hour when delivery will occur.
This service is applicable to mainland UK. See the shipping options when ordering if you are outside of Mainland UK (Or give us a call)

How do I order?
The easiest and fastest way to order is through the website. Payment can be via Credit/Debit card or by Paypal. Please provide your desired shipping date or delivery window so that we can get you the freshest mistletoe possible. During November and December you can also place an order over the phone at 01584 781244 from 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Please have your credit card available when ordering.
When can I order?
You can order anytime. We start our dispatches in Mid November, this can be made earlier with prior arrangement.
Immediate Shipment, how long will it take?
We aim to ship immediate shipments in one working day. However we do get very busy and the lead time can change. In this case an update will be written at the top of the page. If you need the mistletoe for a specific day please contact us so we can advice.
How do I pay?
Pay by credit/debit card or Paypal on our products page.
Do you do larger orders for me to redistribute?
Yes, we sell mistletoe and holly wholesale. Contact us if you would like more information.
Where can you deliver to?
We can deliver to any postal address in the UK including all of Northern Ireland. We are unable to deliver any item outside the UK, including to the Republic of Ireland (unless by prior arrangement.) We send all our orders Royal Mail 1st class or via our courier

During purchasing you will be given the option to add Add a Message for that Ideal Xmas Gift Add you personalised message at this point and it will be sent with your order.
What is the personal message?
The personal message is a hand written note that can be added to a Christmas card if you are sending the mistletoe as a present to a friends or family.
How long can the personal message be?
The personal message can be 6 lines long or 200 characters

What is the tradition of mistletoe?
The Christmas tradition is to hang mistletoe in your home over a door or a place people are likely to congregate. When someone is standing under the mistletoe it's custom to kiss that person. It dates back to a very old belief that mistletoe holds the gift of fertility.
How do I handle my Mistletoe when I get it?
As soon as you receive your mistletoe it's best to carefully remove it from the box and hang it up. It is not uncommon for some of the Mistletoe berries to fall off during transit. Throw any loose berries in the bin as they can be a nuisance. You could also store the mistletoe in a cool place until it is needed.
How do I handle my Holly when I get it?
Keep the holly outside and covered until you need to use it. It will keep upto a month if kept damp and cool but will last 1-3 weeks in a room at average room temperature.
How long does it keep?
Mistletoe and holly keep for up-to a month if stored in a cool place. If taken indoors it will last 1-2 weeks in a room at average room temperature.
Where should I store it?
In as cold a place as you can up to the time you want to use it. An outhouse, garage would be perfect. If it is very cold it will prosper and won’t be spoilt if it goes below freezing.
Do I need to put the mistletoe in water?
No the mistletoe will live without water (although spraying it or keeping it damp is a good idea)
How and where do I tie it up?
It can be tied with a ribbon. Hang it over a door or a place people are likely to congregate.
What are the size differences between sprigs and large Mistletoe Branches?
Sprigs are between 5 and 7 inches.
Branches are between 10 and 12 inches. Large sprigs can be broken down into 3+ smaller sprigs.
